All members of their team were nice and professional. The pergola came out nicer than I expected (rare). They installed in Feb 2023 and in August of 2023 my home experienced a power surge. The only effected area was the pergola. All the lights and fans burned out over night. I called Aluma and they literally came out the next day and fixed what the power surge broke. It was so nice and refreshing to finally work with a company in south Florida that stands behind their work. I’m very happy with my pergola and the whole experience. Thanks again.
